VBIKE complies with all the relevant South African retail legislations. All orders are subject to availability and validation of the order price.

Delivery Policy

Dispatch time on a package is approximately 3-5 working days.
Tracking numbers will be provided to the consumer.

Exchange and Refund Policy

VBIKE strives to retain a 100% consumer satisfaction guarantee as such we will gladly exchange items providing they are returned unused and in the dispatch condition.
All items purchased from VBIKE carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Should the consumer receive any broken or damaged merchandise preserve the packaging and contact cycles@valencia.co.za immediately.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all the prices and descriptions visible online are accurate, in some cases errors may occur. In case of an error the consumer will have the option of confirming the order and if the goods are already paid for the order will be refunded if requested.
All prices are inclusive of 14% VAT.

VBIKE reserves the right to refuse the fulfilment of any orders that may be placed on information that contains typographical errors, impressions or any outdated information regarding pricing, ordering, shipping and payment and return policies.

Payment Policy

When purchasing goods at VBIKE payments can be made by means of (EFT) electronic bank transfer or Debit / Credit Card. Payments are secured by (VCS) Virtual Card Services. When paying by means of electronic bank transfer VBIKE will process your order on receipt of payment confirmation from our Bank.
